Every course at Tutela covers the complete official syllabus mapped directly to testing board standards (such as the College Board's Course and Exam Descriptions). We begin with a deep diagnostic audit to pinpoint exact concept gaps, pacing issues, and structural test habits. From there, we build a custom roadmap targeting the desired score jump needed.

Class sessions typically run for 1 to 2 hours, depending on the course and the specific topic being covered. We guide every student through a proven 5-stage pathway: starting with a Diagnostic Test to map existing strengths, moving into Phase 1 (Learning) Expert Led Live Classes to master core concepts and target the syllabus completion, progressing to Phase 2 (Optimization) for targeted Sectional Testing, Quick Tips, Desmos Usage and re-teaching, and culminating in Phase 3 (Mock Cycle with full-length tests on Past Papers under realistic conditions followed by Review sessions and workshops before taking the final test. Every program operates with College Board alignment, monthly progress tracking, and real-time support through Tutela Connect.

Class schedules are established based on the course opted for, and the frequency and schedule is decided mutually to fit smoothly around the student's school commitments. Timetables are fixed within 48-72 hours of enrollment. Once the timetable is finalized, classes are blocked on your Tutela Connect Portal. These classes are conducted online in your local timezone.

UK entrance assessments, required by elite universities like Cambridge, Imperial College London, Oxford, and Warwick, are specialized tests used to select top applicants for competitive STEM, Economics, and Quantitative programs. Rather than checking simple school memorization, exams like the TMUA for Math and Economics, ESAT for Engineering and Natural Sciences, and TARA for Academic Reasoning evaluate advanced logic, non-standard problem solving, and speed under pressure.

The ideal timeline depends on your target exam and score goals, but every program follows our proven four-stage methodology.

For example, for the Digital SAT or ACT Full Course, a focused 4 to 8 month window is recommended, depending upon the number of attempts planned. For AP exams, Tutela provides an annual preparation program across all AP subjects, which runs all along the year. Additionally, students can also enroll for Crash Courses and Mock Test Series for shorter durations.
